About me
I decided to build this site to share knowledge, one of my passions.
I have 16+ years of experience working with companies in the US and Latin America, across many different areas. Today I am responsible for product development, international purchasing, inventory planning, imports, finance and growth at a US e-commerce company, fully remote from Lima. Areas where I managed to bring artificial intelligence into the process.
I have built everything from simple skills to AI agents that talk to customers to answer their questions, and even help them choose a gift. I have dozens of automations running in production. Dashboards the warehouse watches on a TV. And my own personal operating system, where the memory of everything I do lives.
All of that without knowing how to code. I am a heavy AI user with zero programming experience, and today AI is involved in practically every process I run. Lately I see many content creators talking about AI, but very few show practical cases you can actually use. So I will write about real cases, not experiments: in my opinion, that is the part missing from the AI conversation. And my promise: zero hype. I will not publish anything that does not actually work.
The passion for sharing comes from way back. I used to teach Digital Marketing, Digital Analytics and E-commerce at an institute in Peru. I loved interacting with students and walking them through the latest things I was discovering in my day-to-day work. Unfortunately, the schedules started clashing with my son’s soccer training, so I decided to stop teaching. This site and what I share on social media will be my way of continuing to share knowledge.
