I build the systems that grow an ecommerce business. And I run a real one every day.
About me
I have spent 16+ years in international trade between the US and Latin America: a decade in logistics and foreign trade, then multi-brand e-commerce, and today I run operations for a US e-commerce company, fully remote from Lima.
Along the way I became the person who builds the systems. An AI support agent that replaced the software we used to rent. Dozens of automations running in production. Dashboards the warehouse watches on a TV. And my own personal operating system, where the memory of everything I do lives.
All of that without knowing how to code. I am a heavy AI user with zero programming experience, and today AI is involved in practically every process I run. That is why I write about real cases and not demos: I think that is the part missing from the AI conversation.
Sharing knowledge is one of my passions. I taught Digital Marketing, Digital Analytics and E-commerce courses at Cibertec until the schedules clashed with my son’s training sessions, and I chose the training sessions. This site and what I share on social media are my way of continuing to teach. No hype.
